How do you know that you are bleeding in the brain? Nose bleeds and coughing up blood does not mean that he had a hemorrhage in the brain. If it were, would probably unconscious. Send your friend consult a doctor.
This could be a brain haemorrhage. If you need immediate medical care or to die.
