Nef Mp Any Details On The New MP-7?

Any details on the new MP-7? - nef mp

I saw on television, the MP-7 and looks like a round the neck with a, 17 caliber 9mm. (I think it would be better than the 17HMR) is for the general public? and would probably like to get a barrel for my NEF
